Next Stop: The Fun Station
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
[Roxboro, NC – November 28, 2023]
CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, ticketing, eCommerce, events software, and payment processing programs for entertainment and recreation facilities, is pleased to announce the third Eastern Iowa location for the Edwards Entertainment Company’s Brand, The Fun Station.
The newest addition to The Fun Station family comes from the most recent acquisition of an existing 26,000-square-foot indoor family entertainment center in Dubuque, Iowa. Located in a popular retail environment, the facility has undergone a complete renovation and brand relaunch. The facility will now feature trampolines, The Fun Station signature play maze, trapeze swings, zip lines, and newcomer attraction, The Slick Slide. It will also feature games, revamped event offerings, and a robust food and beverage offering, among others.
“It’s been rewarding to see Nick and The Fun Station grow so quickly over the last nine years, going from one small facility to a well-known brand in their area,” says Marcus Mayer, CEO, CenterEdge Software. “They’ve accomplished so much in such a short time, and we’re excited to help them welcome their third location to their, and CenterEdge’s, family.”
As the third Fun Station venue to partner with CenterEdge, the Dubuque location will employ the entire Advantage Software suite for sales, eCommerce, events, memberships, inventory, food and beverage, and will process credit cards with Dual Pricing with CenterEdge Payments.
“We’re also looking forward to introducing memberships as part of our offering in Dubuque,” says Nick Edwards, CEO, Edwards Entertainment Company. “Memberships are a core part of our business in Cedar Rapids and the Quad Cities locations. They’ve grown over 60% in the last couple of years, so we know our guests are going to love the new attractions they’ll have access to.”
The Dubuque location will host a re-grand opening event soon. Follow their social media platforms for the latest updates.
