The Next Generation of Online Liability Waivers

Today CenterEdge Software is excited to announce the release the first phase of our next generation online waiver system. This new system is based on a wide variety of feedback that we’ve collected from our customers and this first phase incorporates many of the most requested features. Here are a few of the highlights:

1.  Mobile Device Support

We’re working hard to complete mobile device support for the entire online store system.  As the first step, we’ve created a mobile version of the online waiver system. The mobile version includes a mobile look and feel, as well a slightly different process flow designed to be intuitive to a mobile user.  Customers will be automatically redirected between the mobile and desktop portions of the store as they move around, so customer experience will be as close to seamless as possible. 

2.  Combined Adult and Children

The signing adult and all of their children can now be entered together and signed for as a group.  This makes the process less confusing and much faster for your customers.  This also will allow multiple families to use the same computer to enter their waivers without parent/child linking issues. 

3.  No More Recaptcha

Many people found the Recaptcha system cumbersome and problematic.  Sometimes, entering those blurry words is nearly impossible, especially on mobile devices.  We’ve implemented other alternatives for spam prevention instead, simplifying the process for your customers.
