This email is to inform you that the CenterEdge offices are potenitally moving to operating under our inclement weather plan due to the pending snow/ice storm.
We will be in the main office as long as possible but if the storm does what the brilliant meteorologists proclaim, then we have to close the office. During this time, the guidelines outlined below will help us to ensure you receive the fastest possible resolution for your support issues:
If the office is closed, then we will work under our weekend guidlines where you will still select 2 for support and this will forward to the support cell phone. That person will either help you directly or take your number and have another technician call you shortly.
If the phone system goes out due to power failure, please contact the support phone directly. That number is 336-504-5102.
For non-emergency calls please utilize our online ticket submission system at https://support.centeredgesoftware.com/anonymous_requests/new or send your request via e-mail to support@centeredgesoftware.com.
