CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, online sales and reservations, and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities, held its first-ever user conference from February 19-20 at its offices in Roxboro, North Carolina.
Owners, general managers and front-line leaders from entertainment facilities all over North America spent two days learning industry and CenterEdge-specific best practices to help drive revenue and improve operational efficiency.
“Edge 2020 was great! I really learned lots of new tricks and ways to use the software better. Also, it was great to meet everyone face to face. I always like to put a face to the people I deal with often. Networking with other peers was also very good. You can always learn new things from other people using the software and how they operate their businesses,” said attendee Isi Poler, Owner of Planet Air Sports.
The conference featured sessions with topics ranging from front-line and group sales, event management best practices and software tips and tricks to data security and leveraging business intelligence from users’ unique databases to drive operational goals. Best of all, CenterEdge Software users were able to come together under a common goal to learn from each other and share ideas and challenges.
