Enhancements to Advantage Memberships, Events, Sales, and Reporting will give your business more power than ever
The 2025 LTS update is here, bringing exciting new features and enhancements designed to make operating your business more efficient than ever. Enhancements to Advantage Events, Click to Pay, and various applications in Advantage Sales will help simplify transactions, improve reporting, and enhance membership management. Read on for some of the highlights, then start your upgrade today.
No. 1: Simplify your event booking process with the convenience of digital Event Agreements.
Event Agreements allow you to collect and receive event terms signatures, saving you valuable time and resources during the booking process. Quickly document changes to event details and provide clear communication throughout the planning process, creating a seamless and efficient experience for both you and your guests.
To accompany the new Event Agreements feature, new reports Event Agreements Status, Outstanding Event Agreements, and Event Attendees help you identify guests for event planning and marketing purposes.
No. 2: Manage memberships better than ever with Membership Metrics.
Membership Metrics provides a comprehensive overview of your membership program’s performance. Track key metrics such as active members, retention rates, and recent sales and renewal activity. To gain deeper insights, filter data by date range, membership type, and current status to pinpoint areas for improvement. Exportable member lists and summaries make managing your membership program easy and efficient.
No. 3: Streamline payment management with new Click to Pay features.
Click to Pay lets your team take dining and event payments quickly and more securely than ever. New features and enhancements were made to increase your team’s speed and efficiency. These include the ability to:
- Resend payment links to event guests easily when needed.
- View and manage new payments for open checks and events from multiple stations.
- Filter payments received by payment type, date, and now also by team member (salesperson).
- Choose to disable Click to Pay gratuity for all event transactions.
No. 4: Simplify transactions with Apple Pay.
Whether in-store or online, guests can complete purchases using Apple Pay. This streamlined process reduces friction and cart abandonment online, leading to increased conversions and a better overall shopping experience.
No. 5: Manage accounting processes with new report capabilities.
The new Credit and ACH Reconciliation Detail report allows you to view successful ACH and credit transactions, whether processed online or at a station or kiosk. ACH transactions, if applicable, will be included in a separate section, and credit transactions are listed as either Ecommerce, On-Premise, or Kiosk, with the following sub-classifications made:
- Ecommerce: Click to Pay
- Ecommerce: Other (note: this will include automatic renewals for Memberships)
- Ecommerce: Truffle
- Ecommerce: Web Store
- On-Premise: Advantage Apps
- On-Premise: Advantage Kiosk
- Kiosk: Third-party Kiosk activity
No. 6: Conduct transactions more efficiently with enhancements to Advantage Sales.
The latest Advantage Sales enhancements are designed to modernize and optimize your point-of-sale processes. Key features include:
- Modernized POS Styling: Updated fonts and customer-facing displays offer a clean, modern appearance for better user engagement.
- Fullscreen Mode: Both Redemption and POS now run in fullscreen by default, with optional minimize functionality for station-specific configurations.
- Customizable Screen Displays: At individual stations or divisions, you can enable or disable point-of-sale widgets (e.g., Upcoming Events, weather, etc.) as needed.
- Custom QR Codes on Receipts: Attach a QR code to receipts to direct guests to surveys, park maps, promotions, or other relevant online content.
