Sitting at 80,000-square-feet, Epic Waters is one of the largest indoor water parks in the US. When searching for a point of sale solution, Epic Waters looked for a seamless system that could be deployed to manage admissions and memberships, food and beverages, game redemption, merchandise, party management and more across the entire complex.
“A lot of software is designed by software guys, but CenterEdge was written by users—people who understand the challenges and the needs of our industry, whether it’s supporting online purchases or getting guests through the door or helping us convert day users to members,” said Richard Coleman, principle and senior vice president of development and operations, American Resort Management.
