CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, online sales and reservations, and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities, continues its training department growth with the promotions of Dywon Terry and Lena Plaut into the department.
Terry previously served as a Tier 2 Support Technician, while Plaut previously held a role as a Support Technician.
“Because of our growth and continued focus on delivering unparalleled client support, we knew that one area in which we had an immediate need was our training department,” said Sandra Welch, Training Manager, CenterEdge. “Given Dywon and Lena’s proven leadership and expertise, we are confident that they will provide CenterEdge clients with the optimal resources to make their businesses run smoothly and efficiently.”
In his new position as trainer, Terry will guide clients through the onboarding process, set up their databases and manage new client engagement through one-on-one training sessions.
Plaut will serve as a technical writer associate to provide additional resources and training documentation for clients.
CenterEdge plans to continue to grow its training department by adding another trainer by the end of Q3 2017.
