The 2026 Advantage Long Term Support (LTS) release is here! The latest LTS version of your CenterEdge Software introduces powerful enhancements designed to make daily operations easier, more flexible, and more secure. From streamlining how teams manage events and communicate with guests to expanding membership options and strengthening payment security, these updates focus on reducing friction for staff while improving the guest experience at every touchpoint.

Manage birthday party and event communications with simplified check-in workflows and new communication customization tools.
Improved workflows in your webstore now automatically display events with the next available date by default when guests are booking online. This makes it easier for guests to see first availability and helps you convert more bookings faster than ever.
Embed waiver link codes directly into event invites and email templates. Party attendees can attach their existing waivers or complete a new one when accepting the invitation, and their information will be automatically linked to the event. Check-in becomes a breeze for party staff, who can quickly verify guests upon arrival.
This is especially valuable for facilities that have different coordinators for group events, birthdays, or even cabana rentals, ensuring messages come from the most relevant and recognizable sender.
Event Notes now include a built-in scrollbar, allowing staff to quickly scan and reference important details without entering edit mode. This makes it easier to stay informed at a glance, saves time, and reduces the risk of accidental changes.
Your facility may already offer monthly memberships with automatic renewal, which is perfect for guests who want ongoing access and long-term value. Now, with new membership and billing enhancements, you can meet even more demand while improving clarity, compliance, and revenue generation.
Monthly memberships with auto-renewal remain a powerful option for loyal guests who want uninterrupted benefits. In addition to monthly memberships, new limited-duration and fixed-term memberships give guests access to member benefits for a clearly defined period, without the hassle of automatic renewal or cancellation.
For example, a limited-duration membership could offer a season savings pass for 30 days (or 3 months, 12 months, etc.,) from the date of purchase, while a fixed-term membership might provide benefits to a guest from February 14th through December 31st, 2026. Offer these on a pay-up-front basis, or provide guests with predetermined installment plans. Both limited-duration and fixed-term memberships end automatically, require no card on file (if paid in full), and give guests a flexible, commitment-free way to enjoy benefits.
Recent updates improve how memberships are presented at purchase, particularly online, by displaying clearer pricing, billing terms, and renewal details directly in the cart and at checkout. These updates align with new regulations on membership and subscription billing and cancellation processes.
Protecting guest payments while maintaining operational efficiency is critical. These new payment security enhancements give you stronger controls at key moments, helping to reduce risk, prevent fraud, and keep checkout and refunds running smoothly.
You can now enable a gratuity limit to prevent tips from exceeding a system-defined maximum. This is especially valuable in bar and restaurant environments that rely on handwritten receipts, where errors or misuse can lead to disputes. Access to this setting is tightly controlled through a dedicated security permission, ensuring only authorized staff can override the limit when needed.
Unlinked credit card refunds now include an added layer of protection. When a refund exceeds a predefined amount, it requires a specific security permission—assigned by default only to general managers—to help prevent fraud and refund scams. For even greater security, refunding to the original stored card token (at the POS and online) will automatically bypass these restrictions and is considered a best practice for chargeback prevention.
Additionally, the newly enhanced Refund Receipt Report makes refund management easier and more transparent. New filtering and sorting options, such as viewing refunds by reason, allow you to quickly analyze activity and identify trends without digging through data.
Support for the new PAX A35 signature capture device delivers an updated signature-capture experience to your checkout process. Digital signatures help expedite transactions while ensuring secure payment processing.
These are just a few of the enhancements and new features available in the 2026 Advantage Long Term Support Version (2026 LTS).
