CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, online sales and reservations, and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities, welcomes Kevin McKiernan to its team as Chief Technology Officer.

As Chief Technology Officer, McKiernan will lead CenterEdge’s software development team in improving existing products and designing and implementing new product functionalities to provide customers with a successful solution. McKiernan will also contribute to the product strategy and the overall product roadmap.

“Providing our clients with the best possible services and solutions is our number-one priority and achieving that starts internally with our products. With our continued growth, we realized the need to add a highly technical and strategic individual to lead the development of CenterEdge’s software for the future … and Kevin fit the bill. We’re thrilled to have Kevin on the team and are confident that we’ll continue to thrive with his technical guidance and expertise,” said Marcus Mayer, CEO, CenterEdge.

McKiernan joins CenterEdge from AssistMed Inc. where he served as a director of software engineering. He’s previously worked with IT customers in a variety of different industries, holding technical roles in a very large, publicly held IT service provider and in multiple privately held, startup software companies. McKiernan earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
