CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, online sales and reservations, and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities, welcomes Kimberly McPeek to its team as Support Manager.

In this role, McPeek will lead the support team to meet customer service goals and service-level agreements. She will also manage and mentor staff support technicians, providing measurable evaluations and performance feedback.

Prior to CenterEdge, McPeek served as a project manager for Verizon’s North Carolina location, where she managed a diverse product set of TLS, VZON, Ethernet Multiplexing and dark fiber across multiple carriers, along with serving as the single point of contact for customer orders and billing.
