A Proven Management Solution for the Entertainment, Amusement, and FEC Industries

In 2001, a local Roxboro, NC family, wanted to give back to their beloved community by providing them with an entertainment destination. They built Palace Pointe, a 100,000 square foot multi-attraction family entertainment center that offered a cinema, bowling, skating, an arcade, meeting and event space, and various dining, concession, and retail offerings. Soon, they found that the various piecemeal software solutions they were using wouldn’t allow them to manage the business as effectively as they needed. Movie theaters have different software needs than bowling centers, and restaurants have different needs than skating, and so on. Not finding anything that could meet the complex requirements of this unique facility, CenterEdge was born.

CenterEdge Advantage Software Suite

Founded in 2004, CenterEdge’s Advantage software suite is now used by
amusement and entertainment businesses across the globe, including family entertainment centers,
waterparks, amusement parks, trampoline parks, zoos, specialty attractions,
museums, and more. Our software solutions help businesses streamline their
operations, improve guest experience, and increase revenue. We know because
we built it hand-in-hand with the operators we serve.

In 2019, CenterEdge made the giant leap into the world of credit card processing to
meet the needs of our clients, who had become frustrated with the expensive and
confusing approach used by much of the merchant services industry. Today,
CenterEdge Payments helps hundreds of businesses process millions of transactions,
with a simple, transparent approach to processing and streamlined support that our clients love.
